“The House Looking at Ararat”
As part of the “European Heritage Days” program, on September 27, the Alexander Spendiaryan House-Museum screened the film “The House Looking at Ararat”, rich with rare and unique archival materials. The film was created by Inessa Khachatryan, Head of the Museum’s Exhibition and Educational Programs Department.
The special guest of the day was journalist, writer, and lecturer Mark Grigorian, who gave an engaging talk following the screening. He shared exceptional stories about Marina Spendiaryova, the daughter of Alexander Spendiaryan, with whom he had the privilege of growing up under her guidance.
The event was concluded by the director of the House-Museum, Marine Otaryan, who emphasized in her speech that the “European Heritage Days” provide yet another opportunity to showcase and promote our national cultural values.
